I have been coming here on and off for about 10+ years and I can say I have been to a few other clinics as well and I promise you will not find a more easy going and smooth process and I mean the staff and front desk are amazing at getting you thru the process as quickly as possible and let me tell you I have b never waited more than 5 mins to be in and out the door on a regular day and they care about u and your recovery.😊 Thanks CMS for being the best clinic I have always come back too when i need help and support! ❣️

I have been going to this facility on & off since 2017. I have seen many staff members come & go, and right now, I believe the Dearborn CMS location has the best group. They have each others backs, they work with patients to be flexible, and the team as a whole works with synergy. Tiffani has the talent of memorization, multi-tasking, dealing with difficult situations, plus many others all while maintaining a professional & pleasant demeanor. RN Tanya is professional, explains things clearly & thoroughly, and has a really big heart for her job! Counselor Yete gives great talks & guidance. She shows concern for us, in our journey inside & outside of the clinic. She is wonderful! And of course our lovley Dr!!! She is so professional with the best bedside manner. She is one of the only Dr's I've experienced here who really cares. I recommend anyone needing care to come here.

I've been to 2 other clinics so I can testify from personal experience that this place by far the best, most enjoyable clinic to frequent. And for the frequency rate required, this really matters! Tiffany is excellent. She's very warm and welcoming as well as on top of it. She gets me in and out and that's important for me in the mornings! The nurses are great! (Dominique and Tanya). Even my counselor Lisa is an excellent therapist. I highly recommend Community Living Services!

I truly appreciate the team at CMS. They have been a huge help and I can honestly say I have changed my life for the better in all aspects. Career, friends, family, and my relationship with my spouse have all improved exponentially with the help of CMS and their team. Tonya is awesome at her job, and she does it with astounding grace. Tiffany is ALWAYS on top of her game and has a welcoming smile for everyone. Yetti is awesome! If you're ready to change your life for the better, I very much recommend CMS! Sorry to any team members I failed to mention, I'm unfamiliar with everyone by name.. All employees I've dealt with have been kind and professional! Thank you all for what you do!

I’ve been to a couple different clinics, CMS is by far the cleanest, fastest, and overall one of the best clinics. Tiffany is always a pleasure to deal with. She’s knowledgeable, respectful and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smooth. The same can be said for Tanya and the nurses. Tanya has gone out her way to help me on multiple occasions and is always there to give an encouraging word. The Doctor is friendly and thorough, so are the counselors. If you are looking for MAT treatment I would recommend checking this place out. One negative aspect is the billing process if you are paying out of pocket keep your receipts and stay on top of your payments.

The nurses are so sweet and caring. Nobody here gives you attitude or they treat you with the upmost respect. I feel as if they genuinely care about my well-being. I recommend this clinic over any of the other ones in the metro detroit- downriver area. They are the best!
